A Heartfelt Thank You to Lloyds Bank Foundation: Supporting Young People Towards Brighter Futures

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Life Chance Trust has been awarded a three-year grant from Lloyds Bank Foundation. This generous funding will play a vital role in supporting the core running costs of our charity, allowing us to continue and expand our work with young people who need it most.

At Life Chance Trust, our mission is to stand beside young people who have experienced trauma, adversity, or disadvantage—particularly those who have been in care or are transitioning out of the care system into independent adulthood. These young people often face some of the toughest starts in life, yet they also carry the greatest potential for growth, change, and success when given the right support.

Thanks to the Lloyds Bank Foundation’s commitment to funding small, grassroots charities making a big impact, we will be able to reach even more young people over the next three years. This support allows us to deepen our services, provide more one-to-one mentoring, practical life skills, mental health and wellbeing support, and access to education and employment opportunities.

This isn’t just a grant—it’s an investment in the futures of young people who are ready to take the next step, even when the path ahead is uncertain. With Lloyds Bank Foundation walking alongside us, we’re better equipped than ever to help them find their direction, build resilience, and take ownership of their futures with confidence.
